I just bought a 2015 Toyota Tundra from Nuts and Threads Garage in Rowlett, Texas — and let me tell you, the experience was nothing short of incredible. The reason? One word: Leroy. If I were writing the dictionary definition of integrity, Leroy’s name would be right there. He’s honest, upfront, communicates clearly, and doesn’t waste your time with games or sales tactics. In an industry that often feels shady or pushy, Leroy is a breath of fresh air. Let’s be real — buying a vehicle off Facebook Marketplace can be a nerve-wracking experience. You never really know who you’re dealing with, and it’s easy to feel anxious or unsure. But from the very first message, Leroy was different. He handled even my first offer — which he turned down — with respect and professionalism. Where others would’ve ghosted me or snapped back, he kept it honest and kind. That right there set the tone for everything that followed. I woke up at 4:00 AM and drove over 5 hours from Lubbock to Rowlett just to meet Leroy and buy this truck — and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Roy made the whole process an absolute pleasure. We had to wait a couple of days to get our truck because he wanted to make sure everything was right. I couldn’t be happier with our new truck or the service we received. We were treated with respect and honesty from the start. I highly recommend them to anyone. This “new to me” truck will be with me for a long time, but when I’m ready to shop again, I know who I’m calling first. Thank you. This is what shopping for a car should be; a pleasurable experience.
